What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining schedules for all Brand Standards
- Specialists in support of excellent customer service, financial efficiency and colleagues work life balance.
- Daily scheduling of work orders by matching client requirements with Specialist certifications to ensure proper assignment.
- Monitor and ensure assessments are scheduled and completed within round dates and spread evenly throughout the established rounds, through assist trips as necessary
- Work with District Managers and Specialists to learn variables for particular areas, specialists and clients that affect efficient scheduling; incorporate into advance scheduling and subsequent
adjustments. - Provide District/Operations Managers with route and client certification recommendations to ensure Specialists are fully utilized and productive
- Communicate effectively with Operations, Support Services, Account Management, and otherdepartments to facilitate completion of scheduled work orders.
Required:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and organize work to consistently meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, ability to define, delineate roles and responsibilities effectively; plan well, flexible and able to facilitate change, optimize quality and productivity as projects progress
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with others
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office application skills (especially Word and Excel; Access is bonus) and Google applications (docs, sheets, calendar, drive, etc.)
