Business Manager - Finance
Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Summary Under the limited supervision of the Controller, The Finance Manager is responsible for the utilization, and optimization of financial & business systems; identifying and implementing innovative solutions to maintain the efficiency of the core club financial functions and business processes - including collecting and analyzing data to support the business cases, system requirements, and proposed projects.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide various clerical and accounting services, perform data entry, track adherence to a budget, record expenses and deposit check in accounts/bank Assist management team as needs arise, with Quick Book analyses, special projects, and other assigned duties Ensure maximum profitability through efficient collections and effective management of outstanding aged member receivables and Event receivables Develop and maintain close working relationships with Club Members, Vendors, and the staff Simulate various financial scenarios through financial modeling and analytics to determine the best course of action Understand the big picture while managing the day-to-day financial details Regularly present potential opportunities, scenarios, and possible outcomes to the management team Strong interpersonal and management abilities to lead growth Strong written and verbal communication skills Perform a variety of duties to support Membership, Food & Beverage, Golf, and Tennis to increase the overall efficiency of the Club Finance Manager Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or other applicable discipline preferred 1
years' experience in a financial management position 2
years Quick Book experience required Minimum of 1 year accounts receivables and payables required Proven strategic planning experience at the management level Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and financial management software Ability to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneously Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
